Es increíble como después de crear el hábito de llenarlo, cuando no lo haces sientes que te falta algo en tu día. Es sencillo, fácil, súpeeeeer simple. Y solo te toma 5 min hasta menos en llenarlo, es tan pequeño el espacio para escribir que siento que te ayuda a simplificar las cosas y te ayuda a enfocarte en lo que realmente importa (tengo letra grande perdón). Este no es un planner común lo cual lo hace único, te enfocas en ti y en tu crecimiento lo cual es increíbleeee poder ponerte a ti primero. Lo conocí por recomendación (por error pedí dos) y el segundo se lo regale a una amiga. Lo recomiendo 100/100, igual si lo pides a medio año te puedes llenar los meses perdidos para el prox. año y no desperdiciar nada. Si vas a comenzar un hábito nuevo que sea este.
Cada detalle está pensado para acompañarte de manera consciente, amo las reflexiones para terminar e iniciar todos los meses te dan un espacio consciente para reflexionar, agradecer e intencionar un nuevo mes.
Los rituales diarios en donde agradeces y llevas un tracking de movimiento y rituales de amor también son una gran herramienta para reconocer todos los días pequeños gestos que hacen grandes cambios!
