All orders placed on weekdays are dispatched same or next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

PRE ORDERS

If your order includes any "preorder" items (as listed in the product description) your entire order will be held and shipped once the preordered item is in stock. If you wish to receive split shipments, you will need to place two orders online, processing two sets of shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $11.95.

Express shipping is also offered Australia within 2 working days of postage (depending upon location). Please select your postage option during checkout.

The Express Post next business day guarantee is temporarily suspended due to COVID situation. Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. We ship your order from Ocean Grove, Victoria with Australia Post and email you tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
