Hello beautiful,
I hope you are having a beautiful day if you are down Victoria you may be experiencing already a bit of cold and moody days announcing the change of season and I personally loooove it.

I always use the change of seasons as an opportunity to pause and reflect. It’s the perfect time to reflect on your life, your Self, and any growth & changes you’ve gone through over the year so far.

When we look closely at the energy present in each season & what’s happening in nature, we’re able to see the personal growth work the Earth is really supporting us in right.

Today is the celebration of the Autumn equinox on this part of the earth but you may be asking yourself:

The autumnal equinox is a moment in the year when day and night are exactly equal. It is heralded by the Sun’s passage across the equator, an event that occurs about March 21 - 22 in the Souther Hemisphere and September 22 or 23 in the Northern Hemisphere. This event marks the beginning of autumn, which lasts until winter solstice.

The Autumn Equinox inspires us to reflect upon and feel gratitude for the abundance in our lives. It’s a beautiful time to reflect on all we have harvest this Summer and I personally loooove this concept so I want to give you some inspiration to embrace this equinox.

Clear your space Physically and energetically this could mean to clean your email, your purse, your room your drawers and also to throw away or give away unwanted things that are no longer useful or have bad can also use palo santo or sage to cleanse the energy before we head in to the darkest and closr windows months. Releasing these objects will strongly assist you in your desire to let go of those thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

REFLECT Reflect on the blessings you’ve received this Summer. These are the things you’ve put energy and effort into over the last several months. And, the fruits of that beautiful effort. What abundance did you experience this summer? What blessings have you received? What are the things in your life and within yourself that you’ve been tending to and nurturing? Think about things outside of yourself–your projects, and creations … What important projects have you brought to fruition? What are some accomplishments that you’re proud of?

BALANCE As we celebrate abundance and prepare to shed, this natural rhythm will also guide us in creating balance in our lives. Inspired action: Consider these questions and sit with what comes up. How do you balance your personal needs with your commitments to the outside world? How do you receive and how do you give? Are they in balance? Or does one side need some adjustment? Work to achieve a balance and bring more peace and an even flow of exchange.

I hope this inspire you to start the season in a mindful way.

Please let me know which one resonate with you also if you have more ideas.

Lots of love
